This is Dr. Sandra Lee, aka Dr. Pimple Popper. She's a board-certified dermatologist practicing in Upland, California, and she loves zits, cysts, and blackhead extractions.
She shares videos of them on her YouTube page ALL THE TIME.
One of Lee's most recent videos? This incision and drainage of an inflamed cyst that was on a woman's chest. And OH MAN.
As Lee explained in the video's comments, "When an epidermoid cyst ruptures, it creates a vigorous foreign body inflammatory response — this skin becomes warm, tender, painful, and swells, simulating an abscess. Incision and drainage (I & D), will confirm the diagnosis of inflamed cyst, when the cheesy material is evacuated, and this often leads to rapid resolution of symptoms."
